Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced Event Producer to strengthen our Nordic team. This office-based role supports production across Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen, with travel to event locations as needed.

You will develop production plans, advise clients, coordinate with technical teams, manage budgets, and oversee all phases to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed production plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Event Leads and clients, recommending optimal production solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams and other service providers to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and ensure flawless execution of all production elements.
• Oversee all phases of the project from production perspective, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage the budgetary aspects of production for projects.
• Participate in client meetings and pitch presentations, both virtually and in person; collaborate with creative, logistics, and other functional teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Negotiate quotations and contracts with suppliers, co-producers, insurers or service providers.
• Travel to event locations to oversee on-site production setup and execution.
• Manage real-time coordination and problem-solving during live event delivery.

The Producer works closely with the Creative Managers and Event Leads on large-scale and intricate projects, overseeing all production-related aspects to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

This is an office-based role and we are looking for someone based in Stockholm, Oslo or Copenagen.
