Job summary

Zeekr Denmark is seeking a structured Parts & Accessories Support Specialist to enhance the service market for authorized dealers and internal stakeholders. You will manage operational support for parts and accessories, monitor availability, and coordinate with European warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong IT skills, experience with ERP/DMS systems, and fluency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience from aftersales, parts, accessories, or logistics - preferably within the automotive industry.
• Good understanding of dealer operations and service market processes
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Strong IT skills and experience with ERP/DMS systems
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
• Ability to work independently in a growing organization

Responsibilities

• Operational support to authorized dealers regarding parts and accessories
• Processing and follow-up of orders, backorders, and deliveries
• Coordination with European warehouses and logistics centers
• Monitoring availability, lead times, and assortment for parts and accessories
• Optimization of parts and accessories flow
• Handling returns and claims related to parts and accessories
• Supporting local warehousing and accessory solutions where applicable
• Close collaboration with Technical Support, Warranty, Service Market, and Sales
• Ensuring structured and high-quality accessory information (usage, compatibility, installation)
• Reporting and analysis of parts- and accessories-related KPIs
