Worley in Continental Europe seeks a Regional Head of Construction to lead multi-project delivery across the region, ensuring safety, quality and budget adherence while aligning with global strategies.

You’ll shape the organization, attract and retain top talent, and drive standardization across sites, with a Right to Left approach from Sales to execution.
This senior role requires strong leadership, broad remit, and ability to influence beyond borders to deliver sustainable infrastructure.

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent in a related field or applicable discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the business and the function at regional customer level and engage with internal and external stakeholders in championing and delivering change and Project Delivery.
• Translate global organizational goals into deliverables to drive consistency and standardisation across regional networks.
• Lead the Major Projects & regional construction capability; oversee execution from concept through handover to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Extend influence beyond local boundaries to shape regional strategy and drive visionary initiatives with autonomy and impact.
• Operate with broad management authority, review work to align with client standards, and manage staff performance and development.
• Be the SME for construction systems, tools and processes, driving adoption and standardization across the business.
