You will manage from planning through handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality and safety standards, while collaborating with clients, consultants and authorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in the Danish building and construction industry.
• Proven track record delivering commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of Danish construction processes and regulations.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and project risks.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Mentor junior project managers and support recruitment as the team grows.
