Job summary

DTU Compute – Dynamical Systems seeks a Senior Officer to coordinate Horizon Europe projects in energy, support grant acquisition, and act as a bridge to the wider DTU Compute department. You will liaise with researchers and industry, turning ideas into fundable proposals.

You will lead complex EU projects, manage multi-partner activities, and drive deliverables, milestones, and reporting while maintaining strong partner relations in English.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree and at least 10 years' experience managing or coordinating research and innovation projects.
• Hands-on experience with EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe/Horizon 2020).
• Strong understanding of energy and electricity sectors, grids and renewables.
• Experience supporting grant and proposal writing, coordinating contributions from multiple partners.
• Able to connect and align DTU Compute with the wider department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex Horizon Europe projects in energy in an international setting.
• Support grant acquisition and proposal development.
• Bridge the Dynamical Systems section with the wider DTU Compute department.
• Lead meetings, manage timelines and dependencies, keep partners accountable.
