Job summary

Hitachi Rail Denmark A/S is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to shape the ETCS Level 2 implementation across the F-Bane programme. You will coordinate between engineering teams, Hitachi subsidiaries, suppliers and partners to translate high-level strategy into practical rail signaling solutions.

The role requires deep signaling expertise, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in railway signaling and ETCS requirements
• 5+ years in railway operations and principles
• Experience in system design, complex architectures, validation or safety
• Ability to coordinate teams and communicate with clients
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Shape technical direction for ETCS L2 implementation
• Collaborate with design teams, Hitachi subsidiaries and partners
• Align signaling design with system features and architecture
• Review engineering processes for continuous improvement
• Prepare solutions for change requests and assessments
• Approve technical deliverables and participate in boards
