Job summary

Ascendis Pharma is seeking a motivated Data Privacy Student Assistant to gain hands-on experience in an international biopharmaceutical company. You will support records of processing, LIAs, TIAs and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and the US. Hours: ~15/week.

Office: Tuborg Boulevard 12, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark. The role requires a bachelor student or first-year master in law or business administration, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you are a bachelor student or in the first year of your master’s studies in law or business administration or another relevant field.
• You have a structured approach and can maintain an overview of multiple tasks and projects with different deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You also show good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support data privacy projects and tasks, e.g., keep records of processing, LIAs, and risk assessments up to date.
• Map data flows and prepare/update Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs).
• Streamline Data Privacy team processes and collaborate with stakeholders across Ascendis Pharma.
• Assist the Data Privacy team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
