Job summary

Ascendis Pharma is seeking an ESG Student Assistant to support the ongoing ESG reporting processes. You will help collect, validate and document non-financial data, contributing to annual disclosures and ensuring robust documentation for assurance.

You will join the ESG team of 9 colleagues, working in an international environment with a focus on structured data and processes. Location is Hellerup, Denmark, with a two-day-per-week schedule.

Qualifications

• Ideally in the first year of your Master’s studies in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in corporate sustainability and ESG reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, consolidation and validation of non-financial data from across the organization.
• Standardize and document ESG data collection procedures for assurance.
• Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures for annual reporting.
• Monitor current and emerging sustainability reporting expectations.
