Job summary

Ascendis Pharma, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Student Assistant for the Group Accounting and Reporting team at its Hellerup headquarters. You will develop accounting and collaboration skills while supporting financial reporting and internal controls in a fast-paced international environment.

The role offers 10–15 hours per week, working with a team of six, reporting to the Senior Manager, and exposure to IFRS, Danish GAAP, and SEC reporting frameworks. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you are starting studies in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• You are highly motivated, collaborative, and reliable.
• You are proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare templates and documentation for financial reporting.
• Improve and automate documentation.
• Support the maintenance of internal processes and control programs.
• Assist with coordinating and planning team activities.
• Assist with audit coordination and planning.
• Perform other related tasks within Group Accounting and Reporting.
