Job summary

3Shape seeks an Associate Technical Account Manager in Copenhagen to serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise lab customers, stabilizing and scaling IT environments while advocating for customers internally. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and Academy to deliver a superior customer experience and play a key role in recurring revenue through renewals and expansions.

Qualifications

Strong background in dentistry or dental technology with hands-on lab experience.
Experience in enterprise technical account management or customer success.
Deep understanding of 3Shape Lab products and integrated workflows.
Familiarity with IT architecture, server/client networking, databases and cloud migrations.
Experience with CRM systems and project management software.

Responsibilities

Act as the main technical contact for enterprise dental labs and coordinate with lab IT providers.
Oversee upgrades, hardware readiness, and scanner compatibility across lab networks.
Manage LMS/ERP integrations, cross-lab workflows, and new lab onboarding.
Troubleshoot complex product, network and installation issues and guide upgrades.
Proactively identify challenges, escalate when needed, and update technical docs.
Support LabCare renewals, seat and scanner expansions, and collect real-world feedback.
