Job summary
Align Technology seeks a Clinical Education Associate Director EMEA, Labs to define and execute a lab‑centric clinical education strategy across the region. You will partner with the Director of Dental Laboratory & 3rd‑Party Channel to translate regional priorities into scalable programs for labs, GPs, and the commercial lab channel.
This field‑based leadership role requires hands‑on execution across digital workflows (CAD/CAM, intraoral scanning, restorative and orthodontics) with 75% travel
Qualifications
- 12+ years of directly related experience in clinical education leadership.
- Degree in Dentistry or Dental Technology.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the EMEA clinical education strategy for Dental Laboratories.
- Translate lab channel strategy into clear clinical education objectives and plans.
- Design education models to support GP adoption via labs, including onboarding and workflows.
- Develop customized lab-centric education pathways across live events, in-lab education, workshops, and digital formats.
- Coordinate with regional and global clinical education teams to ensure quality and governance.
