• Experience as Engineering Manager or Senior Maintenance in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building services.
• Hands-on approach to support engineers when needed.
• Experience managing mobile or multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and maintenance activities across multiple retail sites.
• Lead by example and provide hands-on technical support when required.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and site teams.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and company standards.
• Support mobilisation of new client sites as the business expands.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
