Job summary

DALUM Beverage Equipment ApS in Søndersø, Denmark is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the technical department, structure operations, and ensure flawless production drawings and comprehensive documentation for our global green-tech customers.

You will mentor a small team of engineers, collaborate with founder Kim Christian Dalum to mature the product pipeline, and drive integration of CAD/PDM workflows to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Proven track record in mechanical design, manufacturing preparation, and documentation management.
• Strong proficiency in modern 3D CAD software and PDM data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, structure, and verify 3D models, BOMs, and assembly instructions for production.
• Author and manage high-quality technical manuals, P&IDs, and diagrams for customers.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and CE/UL markings.
