Bain's Engineering team in the AI, Insights & Solutions group seeks an Expert Manager, Software Engineering to lead development of sophisticated AI-enabled applications at production scale. You will guide diverse engineers, shape architecture, and ensure delivery aligns with business strategy and value creation.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and performance, and collaborate with designers to deliver inclusive interfaces across industries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of end-to-end experience designing, building and maintaining production-grade full-stack applications.
• Experience translating objectives into solutions, platform products or roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Shape and scope client solutions with product owners and engineering squads.
• Translate capabilities into client-ready product outcomes and business impact.
• Own full-stack design and build, including AI applications and integration of third-party services.
