Responsibilities

• Drive production and development challenges task force to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead improvement and strengthening foundation projects.
• Drive development projects with high complexity in terms of technical solution or timelines.
• Ensure guidelines for quality and design are established.
• Provide input to the Strategic Novelty Development road-map.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Map, understand and educate stakeholders on complex processes.
