Job summary

MFT Energy in Aarhus seeks a Software Developer to help deliver the technological foundation for our trading teams. You will develop trading systems, internal tooling, and full-stack applications that power how we operate and trade across multiple countries daily.

You will work with traders, analysts, and other developers, owning your work and contributing to architecture decisions. Fluent English and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential in our fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

Hands-on software development experience.
Experience with Python or C#/.NET across the stack.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work with traders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain trading systems and tools in collaboration with traders and business stakeholders.
Build and improve full-stack internal applications used across the organisation.
Translate business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions.
Contribute to architecture and technology decisions as the team evolves.
Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize existing workflows.
Work across the stack from backend logic to front-end interfaces.
Take pride in understanding the complexity of the domain.
