Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender processes for large water and wastewater projects with Danish and Norwegian clients. You will coordinate technical, commercial, and process inputs to craft competitive proposals.

The role requires experience in tender management, strong collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Fluency in Danish and Norwegian, plus English, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive bid processes end-to-end and ensure timely submission.
• Write technical and non-technical tender content with input from stakeholders.
• Collect and structure technical, commercial, and process inputs into unified proposals.
• Develop winning strategies in collaboration with colleagues.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources, and milestones throughout the bid process.
• Ensure high quality and compliance with Veolia's standards in all bid materials.
