The LEGO Group seeks a Senior Manager, People Process Experiences to connect global people processes and create simpler colleague experiences across the organization. You will bring process owners, product teams, technology leads and stakeholders together around an end-to-end view, governing standards and coordinating improvements while using data and feedback to drive value.

Qualificações

• Established governance standards for complex people processes or services.
• Created end-to-end process architectures, catalogs or common taxonomies.
• Managed cross-boundary process improvements and hand-offs.
• Facilitated diverse groups to co-design solutions and drive decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with process owners and stakeholders to create an enterprise view of how people processes work for colleagues and leaders.
• Build and enforce governance standards for a cohesive process experience.
• Prioritize improvements across colleague journeys and process hand-offs.
• Use operational data and feedback to identify simplification opportunities.
• Incorporate AI, automation and digital-first thinking into future processes.
