Coloplast is seeking an Associate Employee Experience Consultant to shape the employee experience for 1,500+ colleagues in Denmark. You will join the Danish People & Culture team, driving initiatives across engagement, employer branding and processes that create value for employees and leaders alike.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners and managers, owning local employer branding and connecting ideas across the organisation to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, employer branding, project management or organizational development.
• Experience in coordinating projects from idea to execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and drive projects that support employee engagement and improve the overall employee experience in Denmark.
• Own local employer branding activities; build partnerships with universities and external partners.
• Engage managers and colleagues across the business to support key HR initiatives.
• Create alignment and momentum across functions to ensure successful execution.
