Job summary

Chapter 2 is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to lead end-to-end technology recruitment for a fast-moving aviation tech partner. You’ll partner with hiring managers across technology, product and GTM, shaping sourcing strategies and candidate experiences.

In this fixed-term contract, you’ll build trusted stakeholder relationships, map talent markets, and drive high-quality pipelines to support a transformative journey at the intersection of technology, aviation, data and AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in embedded or internal recruitment.
• Strong experience recruiting Technology and/or Product and GTM talent.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills.
• Commercially minded, data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in-house, RPO or a high-performing recruitment environment.
