Demant Group in Denmark is seeking an Electro Acoustic Development Engineer to join our Hardware development team. You will design and verify electroacoustic concepts for cutting-edge hearing instruments in an agile setup, collaborating closely with mechanical and electronics engineers to deliver high-quality platforms.

You should hold an engineering degree with focus on electro acoustics and bring strong knowledge of sound quality, vibro-acoustics, acoustic measurements and sound path design.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with focus on electro acoustics.
• Strong qualifications in sound quality, acoustic measurements, vibro-acoustics, and sound path design.
• Experience with electro acoustic or magnetic designs of hearing instruments or similar.

Responsibilities

• Acoustic system design and development.
• Platform calibration/settings.
• Design specifications and component selection.
• Testing, verification, and documentation of electro-acoustical performance.
• Effort estimation and planning in an agile framework.
