Job summary

Talent Hired is seeking Electrical Quantity Surveyors of all levels to join a major mission-critical infrastructure project in Denmark. You will be part of a growing European project team with a strong pipeline across the Nordics.

You will manage commercial and contractual requirements through the project lifecycle, act as the interface with client teams, oversee procurement of packages, and deliver cost reporting and cashflow analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, power, energy, industrial or data centre projects.
• Previous exposure to civil works with electrical, mechanical or M&E packages.
• Strong understanding of commercial management, contract administration and change management.

Responsibilities

• Managing and owning the commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acting as the key commercial interface with the client commercial and contract teams.
• Managing project procurement, including subcontractor packages.
• Conducting cost analysis and commercial risk assessments.
• Reviewing contractual correspondence from clients, design teams and subcontractors to identify contractually critical items and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Managing the commercial aspects of subcontractor packages.
• Producing project costing, margin and cashflow reports.
• Managing project change-order procedures and agreeing associated costs with the client.
• Working closely with the wider project team to support strong commercial performance throughout delivery.
