Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Data Centre team in Denmark. The role manages full commercial delivery, risk controls and project profitability, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with project teams to maximize value.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead commercial strategy, procurement, forecasting and reporting, ensuring adherence to NEC/JCT contracts and delivering strong financial outcomes for high-value projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Training in commercial management, dispute resolution and contract law.
• Training in leadership, delegation, presentation and communication skills.
• Training in behavioural-based safety and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the commercial strategy for the project.
• Represent the company in commercial and contractual matters.
• Lead procurement and subcontract management from tenders to final accounts.
• Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow projections and valuations.
• Manage and agree variations with supporting records.
• Produce and agree final accounts in a timely manner.
• Ensure commercial compliance across contracts including NEC/JCT forms.
