Job summary

International M&E Engineering Contractor in Denmark is seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of electrical packages on a large data centre project. You will work with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors and client teams to protect margins and deliver final accounts.

• Major project experience within data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or similar sectors preferred.

• Manage BOQs, budgets, valuations and commercial reporting.
• Manage subcontractor accounts through to final account.
• Prepare monthly applications, remeasurements, variations and claims.
• Identify commercial risks and protect project margin.
• Work closely with planning and delivery teams on project progress.
• Negotiate variations and commercial matters with clients and subcontractors.

The Company

This international M&E contractor delivers major data centre and technically complex engineering projects across Europe.

They are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a large-scale data centre project in Denmark.

The Role: Electrical Quantity Surveyor

You will manage the commercial aspects of electrical packages from project delivery through to final account, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and the client team.

Must Have Requirements

• Proven Electrical Quantity Surveying experience within M&E or construction.
• Strong experience with valuations, variations, subcontractor accounts and cost reporting.
• Good understanding of electrical building services and construction contracts.
• Major project experience within data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or similar sectors preferred.
