Job summary

Stelfox IT Recruitment seeks an experienced Electrical QC Inspector for a permanent role on a major engineering project in Denmark. The role focuses on ensuring electrical installations meet project specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.

The incumbent will inspect, test and document compliance against NEC/IEC and industry standards, while coordinating with site engineers and contractors to resolve issues. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a lead/managerial position.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background or qualification.
• Experience in Data Centre, Pharma or similar projects.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with MS Office and BIM 360 Field Management.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical installations during and after construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, NEC, IEC and relevant industry standards.
• Monitor electrical works against engineering drawings, plans and specifications.
• Carry out electrical testing, including continuity, insulation resistance and voltage testing.
• Maintain inspection records, testing logs and NCRs.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Work closely with site engineers and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure electrical works comply with relevant safety standards and electrical codes.
• Inspect incoming electrical materials and components.
• Support continuous improvement of quality processes and systems.

An excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced Electrical QC Inspector to join a major engineering project in Denmark. The role will focus on ensuring electrical installations meet project specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect electrical installations during and after construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, NEC, IEC and relevant industry standards
• Monitor electrical works against engineering drawings, plans and specifications
• Carry out electrical testing, including continuity, insulation resistance and voltage testing
• Maintain inspection records, testing logs and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Work closely with site engineers and contractors to resolve quality issues
• Ensure electrical works comply with relevant safety standards and electrical codes
• Inspect incoming electrical materials and components
• Support continuous improvement of quality processes and systems

Requirements:

• Strong Trade/Construction background and/or third-level qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a lead/managerial position
• Data Centre, Pharma or similar project experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to high-quality standards
• Proficient in MS Office, BIM 360 Field Management or similar platforms
