Job summary

Sensori Group is a Sisk Company delivering end-to-end electrical installations for large-scale projects in Denmark. The role centers on owning the Electrical Package from planning through handover, coordinating Sensori’s electrical team, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders.

You will drive site leadership, QA, safety, and schedule adherence, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with Sensori’s standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and/or degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in large electrical installation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale installations on time and within budget.
• Experience with multi-contractor environments and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Electrical Systems package scope, schedule, cost, quality, and close-out.
• Coordinate site QA and safety files with project teams.
• Lead site activities, ensure efficient resource use and adherence to Sensori policies.
• Track subcontractor performance and progress in weekly meetings.
• Attend site and coordination meetings and support handover.
• Ensure project documentation, snagging, and final accounts are completed.

You will own the Electrical Package from planning through handover, coordinating Sensori’s electrical team, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders. This role combines site leadership, quality assurance, and safety accountability to deliver complex, large-scale electrical installations aligned with Sensori’s standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Electrical Systems package, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and close-out.
• Coordinate Site QA with Sensori QA Manager; establish, manage, and close out the QA file and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Co-manage site safety with the Electrical Project Manager and Sensori Safety Advisor; set up, maintain, and close out the project safety file.
• Maintain and drive the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and client milestones.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation, productivity, and adherence to Sensori policies and procedures.
• Manage subcontractor performance, progress tracking, manpower levels, and weekly coordination meetings.
• Operate Sensori’s snagging system; ensure supervisors issue weekly punch lists and distribute snags to subcontractors.
• Issue direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking.
• Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination sessions, and handover meetings.
• Deliver final account, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety and QA files, material and plant relocations, and project plan close-out with the project team.
• Schedule and track material deliveries to align with the project programme.
• Maintain a weekly photographic diary and ensure all project documentation is current.
• Perform additional tasks required to meet project objectives and Sensori standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience

• Trade qualification and/or third-level degree in electrical engineering, electrical installation, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in large electrical installation projects.
• Proven track record of coordinating and delivering large-scale installations on time and to budget.
• Experience with industrial relations and managing multi-contractor environments.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
• Experience in design-and-build delivery models.
• Solid technical understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent IT literacy, including project scheduling and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under tight deadlines and drive large-scale projects to completion.
