Sensori seeks an experienced Electrical Package Manager in Odense to own the electrical systems package from planning through handover. You will coordinate Sensori's electrical team, subcontractors and client stakeholders, and ensure schedule, cost, quality and safety targets are met.

You will drive day-to-day site operations, manage QA and safety records, track progress, report weekly on costs and delays, and close out with complete documentation, manuals and handover packages.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and/or degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years' experience managing electrical installation packages.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and design-and-build delivery.
• Experience managing multi-contractor environments and industrial relations.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice.
• Excellent IT literacy, including project scheduling and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale projects to completion.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of the electrical systems package: scope, programme, cost, quality and close-out.
• Coordinate site and client stakeholders with Sensori's electrical team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain safety, QA, and regulatory compliance; drive a strong QHSE culture.
• Drive the package programme with the Project Manager and client milestones.
• Produce weekly cost reports and progress updates; track delays and design shortages.
• Oversee day-to-day site activity, resource allocation and adherence to policies.
• Manage subcontractor performance and hold weekly coordination meetings.
• Attend site meetings, reviews and handover sessions.
• Close out all package items with final accounts, manuals, punch lists and relocations.
