Job summary

Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor A/S (BWSC) is seeking an electrical engineer to lead EPC proposal engineering, define electrical solutions, and support tender activities. The role covers MV/LV systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, protection, UPS, and LV installations for operating plants and brownfield projects.

Office-based with occasional site visits, you will join a collaborative team and contribute to engineering, troubleshooting, testing, and on-site delivery across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Marine Engineering with an electrical background.
• Experience with electrical engineering in power generation, industrial facilities, energy, PtX, or similar environments.
• Experience with MV/LV electrical systems including generators, transformers, switchgear, protection, UPS, and LV installations.
• Experience with technical tendering or proposal engineering.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of electrical engineering for EPC proposals and tender activities from concept through submission.
• Develop technical concepts and electrical solutions, prepare technical specs and support costing.
• Design electrical modifications and upgrades for operating plants and brownfield projects in MV/LV scope.
• Prepare electrical engineering documentation and supplier deliverables.
• Provide troubleshooting and engineering support for operating plants remotely or on-site.
• Support testing, commissioning, and site implementation when required.
