Job summary

BWSC in Allerød, Denmark is seeking a Senior EPC Proposal Project Manager to lead and coordinate the EPC proposal process from qualification to handover. You will work with Sales Managers and key stakeholders to develop competitive technical and commercial solutions for engine-based power plants.

The role requires a strong background in engineering, cost estimation, and project leadership, with excellent English and MS Office/MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or marine engineering.
• Experience with design, operation, maintenance or development of diesel engine-based power plants; knowledge of gas conversion or biomass boilers is a plus.
• Proven EPC proposal management experience.
• Strong cost estimation and commercial calculation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office/MS Project.
• Structured, proactive and collaborative approach.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire EPC proposal process from opportunity qualification to submission and project handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary proposal teams and stakeholders to develop competitive technical and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate contributions from engineering and other key functions ensuring technical, contractual, quality and QHSE requirements are reflected in proposal documents.
• Drive cost estimation and planning, proposal quality, and stakeholder alignment throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Support knowledge sharing and the successful handover of awarded projects to execution.
