Job summary

BWSC, an engineering and energy solutions company headquartered in Allerød, Denmark, seeks an electrical engineer to take ownership of EPC electrical engineering for proposals, develop technical concepts, and support tender activities for power plants worldwide.

You will analyze MV/LV systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, UPS, and LV installations, while providing remote and on-site support for operating plants and brownfield projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Marine Engineering with an electrical background.
Experience with electrical engineering in power generation, industrial facilities, energy, PtX, or similar environments.
Experience with MV/LV electrical systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, UPS, LV installations.
Experience with tendering or development of technical solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and OEMs.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of electrical engineering for EPC proposals and tender activities from concept to submission.
Develop technical concepts, define electrical solutions, prepare specifications and support costing.
Design electrical modifications, system upgrades, and equipment replacements for operating plants.
Prepare electrical documentation and supplier deliverables for operating and modification projects.
Provide troubleshooting and on-site/remote engineering support for operating plants.
Support testing, commissioning and site implementation activities when required.
