Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support end-to-end material planning and on-time delivery for complex hardware programs within Denmark. You will collaborate across Planning, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, IT, and Customer teams to optimize inventory, reduce risks, and improve process efficiency.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, data-driven decisions, and delivering reliable supply chain execution.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end material planning execution in alignment with production schedules.
• Manage site Clear-to-Build (CTB) processes by identifying and resolving material shortages in partnership with warehouse, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to minimize production risks and ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, IT, and Customer teams to drive supply chain execution that supports operational objectives and customer requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, system/tool enhancements, and supply chain efficiency improvements that support demand and material planning activities.
• Manage and monitor key supply chain KPIs, identifying operational risks and opportunities, and driving corrective actions to maintain target performance levels across delivery, inventory, and material availability metrics.
• Support inventory management activities through inventory analysis, discrepancy tracking, and mitigation actions to reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) exposure while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
• Maintain close communication with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely material availability, delivery coordination, and issue resolution across the supply chain.
• Support new account onboarding and ramp activities by driving supply chain process implementation, coordinating cross-functional readiness, and serving as a key point of contact for operational alignment and execution.
• Support loose component planning activities and co-manage the Wall-E end-to-end supply chain program in collaboration with U.S. counterparts, ensuring alignment across demand planning, material readiness, production execution, and delivery commitments
