Job summary

SISK Group in Denmark is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to lead a professional safety culture across sites, ensuring best in class HSE practices are planned and shared. You will provide sound advice to project stakeholders and support audits and incident investigations.

The role requires NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, IOSH Tech membership, and several years in construction health and safety, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years as a health and safety professional.
• Technical membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH).
• Identify and alert to inadequate safety cover.
• Assist tender and prequalification teams on safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide sound health and safety advice to project stakeholders.
• Carry out audits/inspections of workplaces and investigate incidents.
• Liaise with enforcement authorities when required.
• Assist HSE Manager in preparing health and safety reports.
• Deliver appropriate health and safety training to site staff.
