Job summary

Editorial Assistant at LEGO Group will support the LEGO Publishing team’s daily operations, handling administrative tasks and assisting with product and marketing approvals while learning the licensing business.

Ultimately, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of LEGO Publishing’s portfolio lifecycle and role within LEGO Group and LEL. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Some experience, ideally in publishing, media, digital content marketing, licensing.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Flowhaven.
  • Passion for books / reading.
  • Up to date on LEGO Group news and product assortment.
  • English - Advanced (Level 13-16, C1, C2).

Responsibilities

Job Description Are you interested in helping to shape the LEGO Publishing portfolio and expand its global reach? Learn ins and outs of the LEGO licensed publishing business, including portfolio development process and daily department operations, in the context of one of the leading toy manufacturers in the world.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks in support of department’s operations and product development (samples and assets collection, distribution, archiving, select partner communication, ad hoc requests

Editorial Assistant will be involved in and support daily operations of the LEGO Publishing team, owning administrative tasks and assisting with product and marketing approvals, while learning the intricacies of the LEGO licensing business. At the end of the assignment, Editorial Assistant should have gained an understanding of the entire Publishing portfolio / product lifecycle and LEGO Publishing’s place within LEL and its role within The LEGO Group.
