Aceve seeks an E-commerce Specialist for KlarPris to optimize how products appear and are found. You will manage categorization, search relevance, and merchandising for thousands of supplier articles. You’ll work hands-on in Algolia to ensure customers quickly find what they need.
You will onboard suppliers, keep the catalog organized across many product types, and analyze traffic and conversions to improve listings. Fluent English and Danish are required.
At Aceve, we back the builders of society. Founded in the Nordics and growing across Europe, we build digital tools for the people who construct and maintain our physical world - giving electricians, plumbers, and contractors back their time, clarity, and confidence. With over 900 employees across 8 countries, leading brands in 7 customer markets, and more than €100M in revenue, we're on an ambitious growth journey, and we're just getting started. We're an AI-first company, and we work with grit, openness, and a good dose of joy.
KlarPris is Aceve’s B2B price comparison marketplace for the construction trade, connecting installers – plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople – with suppliers and wholesalers. The platform already handles around 1.3 billion SEK in turnover a year across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, with more than 2,000 customers, and we’re scaling further across Europe.
As E-commerce Specialist, you’ll own how products actually show up to our users on KlarPris: how they’re categorized, how search and filtering work, and how thousands of articles from many different suppliers – each with their own brands and manufacturing – are organized so people can find what they need. You’ll work hands‑on in our search and merchandising system, Algolia, not just plan it on paper.
You’ll work hands‑on, day to day, on how products are presented and found on KlarPris.
Set up and maintain product presentation directly in Algolia (or a similar search and merchandising system): search relevance, filtering, ranking, and merchandising rules.
Onboard suppliers’ product data and structure it into clear categories and subcategories, even when brands, manufacturing, and article formats differ from supplier to supplier.
Keep the catalog organized as it grows across many product types and industries, not just construction.
Track performance data – traffic, conversion, category performance – and use it to improve how products are presented.
Work directly with suppliers and internal teams to fix data issues and improve listings.
Stay hands‑on: this is a role where you configure and build things yourself, not one where you brief others to do it.
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or product data/catalog management.
Experience working with large product catalogs from many suppliers, each with different brands and article structures – not a single narrow category.
Comfortable working directly in a search or merchandising tool day to day (Algolia or similar).
Good with data: comfortable using analytics to see what’s working and what isn’t.
Fluency in English and Danish.
