Rainbow Sund Dumplings is a dumpling restaurant in Valby, Copenhagen, seeking two skilled cooks for full-time positions. You will prepare dumplings and other dishes, make doughs and sauces from scratch, and ensure top quality and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role requires reliability, responsibility and the ability to work both independently and with the team; English is required, Danish is a plus, and the workplace offers a friendly environment with good colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience with making dumplings or Asian dishes preferred.
• Reliable, responsible and motivated to sustain quality and hygiene.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good English communication; Danish is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and cooking dumplings and other dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
• Preparing dough, fillings and sauces from scratch
• Ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Maintaining cleanliness, good hygiene and food safety (own-check) in the kitchen
• Receiving goods and keeping track of stock
• Working efficiently during busy periods
• Cooperating with the rest of the team
