Job summary

SUN-AIR Technic in Billund is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering, ensure technical compliance and airworthiness management within an EASA Part-145 framework.

You will maintain up-to-date technical documentation, manage ADs/SBs, support maintenance workshops and interact with aviation authorities and partners on approvals and MOE procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in an EASA Part-145 organisation or CAMO.
• Strong technical understanding of airworthiness requirements.
• Excellent organisation and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that technical documentation is up to date and maintain contact with manufacturers and aviation authorities.
• Manage and follow up on Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and other regulatory requirements.
• Support the maintenance workshops by providing approved maintenance and repair data.
• Be responsible for technical publications and revision control.
• Participate in quality and compliance activities, including audit follow-up.
• Approve suppliers and support spare parts and engineering functions.
• Issue Company Approval Certificates (CACs) and maintain relevant procedures in the MOE.

SUN-AIR Technic is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take responsibility for engineering, technical compliance and airworthiness management.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure that technical documentation is up to date and maintain contact with manufacturers and aviation authorities.
• Manage and follow up on Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and other regulatory requirements.
• Support the maintenance workshops by providing approved maintenance and repair data.
