LEGO Group is seeking an experienced Discrete Event Simulation engineer to design and manage simulation models for production and logistics across LEGO sites globally. You will deliver insights to project teams and support decision-making on capacity planning and investments.

You will collaborate with partners to advance the simulation technology roadmap and help build digital manufacturing capabilities within the organization.

Competenze

• Experience delivering and managing projects using DES tools (Technomatix Plant Simulation preferred).
• Background in manufacturing systems modelling and manufacturing environment experience.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills with Python/SQL.

Mansioni

• Design and manage DES models of production and logistics facilities to support projects.
• Integrate within project teams and deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Help drive the LEGO group's technology roadmap for simulation.
