Job summary

T5 Data Centers seeks an experienced Critical Facilities Director to lead our Critical Facilities organization. You will supervise managers and technical specialists, ensuring reliable operation of critical infrastructure with a focus on client outcomes and safety.

You will partner with the client, internal teams and external suppliers to deliver service excellence, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen long-term relationships while balancing commercial priorities and technical integrity.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in technical operations or other critical environments.
• Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong business acumen with responsibility for budgets, financial planning and operational priorities.
• Proven track record in managing senior client relationships and complex stakeholder environments.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Experience managing suppliers, outsourced services and contractual performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage engineers and client executives.
• Strong English communication; Danish is a plus.

• Oversee maintenance strategies for critical electrical, mechanical and life-safety systems.
• Manage budgets, costs and vendor performance to maintain service quality.
• Lead supplier and contractor management, SLAs and capacity planning.
• Provide leadership in business continuity planning and incident response.
