Job summary

Region Midtjylland in Denmark seeks a Project Manager to drive complex digitalisation and transformation in Digital Psychiatry at the Central Denmark Region. You will bridge clinical needs, technology opportunities and strategic priorities to create momentum and value in practice.

You will collaborate with patients, relatives, clinicians and partners, plan workshops and guide projects from idea to implementation with clinical environments and technical specialists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with 4+ years leading complex digitalisation projects.
• Solid stakeholder management experience across disciplines, organisations and levels.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate co-creative development with patients, relatives, clinicians, and partners.
• Plan and conduct workshops, user involvement and design processes.
• Drive digitalisation projects from idea to implementation with clinical and technical teams.
• Create a shared direction across disciplines and organisational interests.
• Translate strategic ambitions into digital solutions that add value for patients, relatives and employees.
