Job summary

Sofigate in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption. You will work with enterprise platforms and AI-enabled solutions, coordinating teams and stakeholders across business and IT to deliver measurable business value.

You will operate in a hybrid Danish-English environment, engaging with clients and internal teams to drive governance, structure and successful delivery across complex programmes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading digital transformation projects.
• Understanding how business processes, technology and organisational change come together.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Structured and solution-oriented planning, governance and delivery.
• Comfort with agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery.

We are now looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Copenhagen team and lead customer projects across digital transformation and enterprise technology.

Your role

As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption. Your projects may involve enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, IT implementations, Process Transformation or AI-enabled solutions.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will create clarity, maintain momentum and ensure tangible business value—whether you lead an entire project or programme, a transformation workstream or the establishment of effective governance and delivery structures.

What you will do

• Lead digital transformation and enterprise technology projects from initiation to implementation
• Translate business objectives into clear plans, governance and measurable outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders across business and IT
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and create structure and momentum in complex environments

• Have 3–5 years of experience leading digital transformation, technology or platform-related projects
• Understand how business processes, technology and organisational change come together in successful transformations
• Are confident working with stakeholders at different organisational levels across business and IT
• Bring a structured and solution-oriented approach to planning, governance, and delivery
• Communicate complex topics clearly and facilitate effective decision-making
• Are comfortable working with agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methods
• Are curious about AI, automation and how emerging technologies can create measurable business value
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently and communicate fluently in Danish and English

Experience with ServiceNow or IT operating-model transformation would be a strong advantage.

Consulting and organisational change management experience are also valuable.
