Job summary

Stibo Systems is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to transform business opportunities into scalable AI-enabled capabilities. You’ll work with Data & Digitalization, AI Centre of Excellence, and Process Excellence to deliver practical AI solutions that boost efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

You’ll design AI agents, automations, and integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and responsible AI practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building and deploying software, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, Git, and modern software development practices.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to own ideas from concept to implementation.

At Stibo Systems, we are accelerating our AI journey and looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who can help transform business opportunities into scalable solutions that create measurable value.

You will join our Data & Digitalization team and become part of a group of specialists working across data, analytics, integrations, applications, enterprise architecture, governance and business enablement. Together, we are responsible for delivering on Stibo Systems' Data Strategy and helping the organization unlock value from data, technology and AI in close collaboration with our AI Centre of Excellence and Process Excellence. Supported by senior leadership and working closely with our AI Centre of Excellence and Process Excellence capability, you will play a key role in advancing Stibo Systems' Data and AI ambitions.

The role

In this new role as our AI Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities and deliver AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and create measurable business value.

Working alongside Process Excellence, Data & Digitalization, and the AI Centre of Excellence, you will translate business challenges into practical solutions ranging from AI agents and automations to workflow improvements and enhanced access to information.

Your success will be measured by the value your solutions create and the adoption they achieve.

The Team

You will join our Data & Digitalization team based primarily in Aarhus, working alongside specialists in data, analytics, integrations, enterprise architecture, governance, and business enablement.

Together with the AI Centre of Excellence and Process Excellence, we help the business unlock value from data, technology, and AI. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across our global business, helping drive AI adoption, process optimization, and operational excellence across functions and regions.

What you bring

• Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field – or bring equivalent practical experience.
• Have experience building and deploying software, automation, or AI-enabled solutions in business environments.
• Have hands‑on experience with APIs, system integrations, Git, and modern software development practices.
• Understand technologies and concepts such as LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership from idea to implementation and enjoy turning business needs into scalable solutions.
