Job summary

e-Boks A/S in Denmark is seeking a student associate for our marketing and communications team to work 2-3 days per week (about 15 hours). Start date September 1, 2026, or shortly after.

You will contribute to graphic design and digital marketing, executing tasks independently in an international environment while learning and growing with the team. You will design and produce marketing materials, banners, PDFs, decks, and website content using Umbraco and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant graphic design education (e.g., Multimedia Design).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma or similar.
• Attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn, team player, and commercially minded.
• Strong Danish and English writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphic marketing and sales material.
• Create company-profiled mock-ups and interactive demos.
• Produce PDFs, whitepapers, one-pagers, banners, and templates.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks.
• Map user journeys and content layouts for campaigns.
• Create and post content on our website using Umbraco and HubSpot.

The job

We are looking for a student associate for our marketing and communication team who can work 2-3 days per week. We expect that you can work around 15 hours per week, but of course we are flexible around exams. It is crucial to us that you are a creative individual and can execute and work independently with your tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

Your responsibility will be to support the rest of our marketing and communication team with designing and producing graphic marketing and sales material. The job will include tasks such as:

• Company-profiled mock-ups
• Interactive demos
• PDF whitepapers, one-pagers, etc.
• Banners for advertising
• PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks and templates
• User journeys
• Content layouts
• Create and post content on our website (using Umbraco and Hubspot)

Your profile

We are looking for a creative individual who has an interest in digital marketing and finds it exciting to handle many different tasks. In addition to this, we are looking for a person who has the willingness to learn, is a team player, outgoing and has a commercial mindset.

We imagine that you:

• Are studying for a relevant graphic design education, e.g., Multimedia Design
• Have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator), Figma, or similar tools for prototyping, design, and team collaboration
• Pay attention to details and are quality orientated
• Are interested in being part of a company where we have fun and care about each other
• Have strong Danish and English writing skills
