Job summary

INVISIO in Denmark is seeking a creative, organized student to join Global Marketing and assist the Creative Production team. The role is 15-20 hours per week, offering hands-on exposure to graphic design processes, asset creation, project management, and campaign execution.

You will work alongside experienced marketing professionals, help manage assets in the DAM system, and keep the SharePoint page current.

Qualifications

• At least one year remaining of your studies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new IT programs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, hands-on, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production of brand and marketing assets (sales and presentation materials, manuals, brochures, etc.).
• Help manage images and assets in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Support campaign execution and other digital marketing activities (project-based).
• Keep our SharePoint intranet page up to date and looking sharp.
• If you have an interest: Help create graphics and video content for social media (depending on your profile).

Are you passionate about visual communication, digital design, and brand asset management? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We're looking for a creative, curious, and structured student worker to join our Global Marketing department and support the Creative Production team. The role is 15-20 hours per week and we offer you hands-on experience across graphic design processes, asset creation, project management, campaign execution, and much more - while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily production of brand and marketing assets (sales and presentation materials, manuals, brochures, etc.)
• Help manage images and assets in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
• Support campaign execution and other digital marketing activities (project-based)
• Keep our SharePoint intranet page up to date and looking sharp
• If you have an interest: Help create graphics and video content for social media (depending on your profile)

What you bring

It’s an advantage if you have experience with:

• Microsoft Office - especially PowerPoint and Planner (project management)

• Proofreading
• Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva

Additional information

Part-time, approximately 2-3 days per week (15-20 hours) within company working hours (9:00 - 17:00). The work takes place at our HQ office in Hvidovre and requires your physical presence.
