Arla Denmark is seeking a Digital Commerce Professional based in Viby, Aarhus, to lead and coordinate impactful retail media and online campaigns across partners. You will help bridge online and offline shopper experiences and advance Arla's digital commerce.

In this role you will collaborate with retailers and cross‑functional teams to drive retail media excellence, manage campaign assets, ensure content quality and search visibility, and deliver compelling product content for strong shopper

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in eCommerce, retail media, digital content, sales, or marketing.
• Experience from a retailer or FMCG environment preferred.
• Proactive and structured coordinator with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; native Danish skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate retail media activities with the Digital Commerce Manager and stakeholders.
• Drive campaign execution by managing assets and approvals with internal and external partners.
• Communicate digital shelf and content recommendations to retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve a shopper-friendly digital shelf with strong product presentation, search visibility and content compliance.
• Improve product content quality across titles, descriptions, images and related information for best-in-class shopper experience.
• Monitor digital shelf KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Explore new ways of working in product content, data and retail media with customers and internal teams.
