• Experience driving digitalization and automation projects

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic Danish and English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Daily management and development of a laboratory team
• Drive lab projects and lead the change journey with digitalization/automation focus
• Deviation handling and release of finished goods
• Ensure optimal operation and coordination of external analyses
• Collaborate with QEHS Manager and team for quality-assured product release
• Handle and process customer complaints with QEHS colleagues and lab specialists
