Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Digital Adoption Sales Specialist to accelerate adoption of digital solutions in Radiation Oncology. You will promote, demonstrate, and manage trials, driving customer success and long-term engagement within clinical workflows.

Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to expand share of wallet in RTCT, SPECT, and PET deals, while aligning messages and value propositions for digital platforms and imaging systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Health IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical applications—preferably in imaging or diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of molecular imaging workflows and digital health ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations and manage digital solution trials to promote adoption.
• Define and execute trial strategy to maximize impact and conversion.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align trials with broader strategies.
• Develop and run customer engagement programs such as symposia, webinars, and hands-on sessions.
• Drive customer success plans and be primary contact for solution users.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and support ROI storytelling.
