Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Copenhagen (Ørestad) is seeking a proactive Student Assistant to support the clinical development center's trials. You will help with documentation, materials and coordination across countries alongside Clinical Research Associates.

The role focuses on trial start-up, conduct and close-out activities, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, organization and collaboration. The position offers around 15 hours per week and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Structured, organised and detail-oriented approach.
• Comfort with digital tools and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Danish and English.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in life sciences or related field.
• Interest in clinical development and administrative support.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions, teams and countries.

Responsibilities

• Support trial teams across full lifecycle of a clinical trial.
• Prepare, quality-check, maintain and archive trial documentation and site materials.
• Coordinate, track and ship trial equipment and study supplies.
• Support reporting, meeting preparation, documentation and follow-up across trial teams.
• Assist with administrative processes such as purchase orders and payments.
• Contribute to selected ad hoc projects and continuous improvements across CDC DK.
