Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Student Assistant to help clinical trials run smoothly in CDC DK. You will support planning and conduct of trials under CRAs, ensuring documentation, materials and coordination stay on track and quality is maintained.

The role is about 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling, primarily office-based but with possible work-from-home options depending on tasks and business needs.

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor's programme within life sciences, healthcare or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
• Structured, organised and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support CRAs with trial start-up, conduct and close-out activities.
• Quality-check and maintain trial documentation and site materials.
• Coordinate and ship trial equipment and study materials to sites.
• Assist with reporting, meeting prep, documentation and follow-ups.
• Support with purchase orders and payments.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvements.
