Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced HR Country Manager for Denmark. You will align HR across five Danish entities, ensure compliance with Danish legislation, and partner with business leaders to harmonize policies and leadership development.

The role includes collaboration with unions, works councils and HR Shared Services, with travel across Denmark and Europe. You will report to the Danish Country Council management team and contribute to the People Strategy, driving HR focus areas, policy

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role within a large international matrix organization.
• Deep knowledge of Danish labour law, industrial relations and collective agreements.
• Experience leading change and developing HR processes, routines and guidelines.
• Proficient with HR systems and analytics.
• Excellent Danish and English communication; able to write clear routines and guidelines.
• University-level HR education (180 ECTS) or equivalent.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive national HR focus areas for five Danish entities.
• Develop and implement people policies, processes, routines, guidelines, tools and analytics.
• Ensure country-wide consistency for benefits frameworks and policy.
• Coordinate salary budget and reviews with HR Shared Services.
• Drive organizational and leadership development and competence strategies.
• Coordinate local HR activities with employee representatives and councils.
