Job summary

Ventula Consulting is seeking a Lead Solution Designer in Denmark to shape and own propositions for major cloud and managed infrastructure deals. You will translate complex client briefs into compelling, deliverable proposals and collaborate with commercial and operations colleagues to ensure offerings are credible and commercially sound.

The role is based in Copenhagen with 2-3 days per week in the office, requiring a technical degree and proven experience in large IT contracts, cloud

Qualifications

• A degree with a strong technical or scientific grounding.
• Experience designing technical propositions for large managed infrastructure or outsourced IT contracts.
• Hands-on experience assessing and pricing multi-year operational services deals.
• Broad understanding of hosting, platforms, application support, workplace and communication tools, with mainframe exposure a real plus.
• Deep familiarity with cloud in all its forms and architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Shaping propositions that fit the client's needs while keeping costs sharp and designs repeatable.
• Setting the approach for the technical, operational and people aspects of each deal, and securing buy-in from pursuit and operations teams.
• Guiding and developing a team of solution specialists, sometimes drawn from different parts of the business.
• Keeping executives informed and giving them clear recommendations to act on.
• Presenting to clients, running design sessions and supporting them through their scrutiny of the proposal.
